Bespoke design for every scale of project
We work on projects big and small, be that a blind for a single window or revamping a whole home. We supply fabrics, wallpapers, paint, furniture, lighting, flooring and accessories from the leading designers and manufacturers and will combine all of the elements necessary to produce a beautiful, bespoke interior to meet our client’s brief.
A complete service
We manage every project from initial brief through to final installation, overseeing every step of the process. We work with highly skilled contractors to bring our designs to life to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Our process
Briefing - we have an initial meeting in our client’s home which allows us to get to know them, understand their home and how they live in it and what they are wanting to achieve for it. We then follow up from this meeting with a written brief that outlines the scope of work. On agreement of this brief we get to work on the designs.
Presentations - the first presentation of ideas takes place in our client’s home where we present mood boards, samples and imagery to convey our ideas. Following feedback from this meeting we then develop the designs and will present any updated designs in person or by email.
Quoting & invoicing - following sign off on the designs, detailed quotes will be provided and on approval of the quotes, deposit invoices will be raised. Please note the total cost of the supply of goods such as fabrics must be paid in full on ordering, services such as curtain making are charged 50% on order and final 50% on completion. This is how we are charged by our suppliers and contractors so we reflect this in our invoicing structure too.
Supply/manufacturing - we brief our suppliers and place all orders, overseeing and coordinating each stage of production.
Delivery & installation - we manage the final delivery and installation of all elements of the design to ensure every item is as specified.
Final invoicing - on completion of each aspect of the project we will supply a final invoice for any outstanding amounts.
Our fees
Our initial briefing meeting is free of charge, this is our client’s opportunity to get to know us and confirm that they are happy for us to start work on their project.
All subsequent face to face or online meetings where we are presenting ideas or consulting are charged at £75 p/h + VAT, plus mileage, parking and congestion charges, where we incur them.
We do not make any other charges for our time. The only other charges we make are for the goods and services that are purchased through us e.g. fabrics & curtain making. We sell all goods at the recommended retail price and our margins are made through our trade discounts. Wherever possible we aim to secure the best possible price for our clients and work within the budget available. All goods and services are quoted in detail before ordering commences.
